16 States of Medical Marijuana

The 16 States of Medical Marijuana and How They Got There

If a person has been browsing the news as of late, you might have came across a rise within the difficulties dealing with enforcing the recently passed medical marijuana laws. US States like both Michigan and California have been executing arrests on people that law enforcement feel assumed to be misusing their legal right to sell, cultivate and carry medical marijuana. The majority of these states have not issued any major punishment or charges to any of the parties that have been detained. In some situations the bail has been as minimal as 50 dollars. That’s a fifty dollar bail for an "arrest" that incorporated both local and state authorities to conduct. Let us be transparent about the facts in the cases, in all the situations (as of August 28, 2010) it seems that the state and local enforcement agents might be the ones failing to understand the law and not the medical marijuana card holders. This sort of disinformation and chaos only further speaks to the reason why having a medical marijuana card without the advice of a medical marijuana advisor may not be the most intelligent way to handle things. This article will display the more than ten states in which medical marijuana, given by qualified physicians and marijuana doctors is legally allowable and make sense of what the law allows and what the guidelines and freedoms are for the people that do carry a legal medical marijuana card.
